  9. Look for an online weight loss buddy. Research has shown that they will help you keep the weight off. People with an online community were able to sustain their weight loss better than those who met face to face in a support group.
  10. Bring blue to your life. The color blue works as an appetite suppressant. Serve food on blue plates, wear blue while eating, and cover your table with a blue tablecloth. Avoid red, yellow and orange in your dining areas as they encourage eating.
