What It Means to Be Board Certified in Aesthetic Medicine

Board certification in Aesthetic Medicine courses are open to licensed doctors, assuming their specialty may include cosmetic skin care. The courses are usually offered in three parts (that will be described below), ending with the board certification exam. Every level should be completed in order; nothing should be skipped regardless of experience or knowledge. The actual Board Certification is good for a decade. After ten years, recertification is made up of a written and oral exam, and providing the board patient case logs that proves the application.
